This particular organic Kamairicha green tea is a master blend of the finest pan-fired leaves specially selected out of the very first harvest (somewhere in between a sencha and a hojicha)
it is roasted at a lower temperature. It has a mild roasted flavour and aroma.
The cultivation and further processing is the same, making the tea leaves look curly at the end. Organic Kamairicha is from Saga prefecture, where the city of Ureshino is located.
