Tea tastes better when brewed the right way.
Making tea correctly extracts the flavours even more.
Different tea leafs will have different brew time and hot water temperature,
please refer to the tea chart.
For 2nd & 3rd Brew:
Pour the pot entirely to enhances the flavour of the second or third round of brewing. For the second, third and fourth rounds of brewing, the best water temperature is between 70 C.
This time the tea is ready soon after you pour in the water, not waiting time is needed.
